Hemsson BV is established in 2006, when we started with the Fairybell® collection.


Beside Fairybell® which still remains a solid base of the company we developed new concepts like GACOLI® – Solar Outdoor Lighting, Christmas United – Unique Christmas Decorations and TED SPARKS® – Our fast growing concept in candles, diffusers and accessories. The company’s headquarters is based in Almelo, The Netherlands with a production and warehouse facility nearby. Hemsson, Inc based in Blue Bell, PA, United States of America takes care of North America’s B2B and B2C market since 2016. All concepts sold by Hemsson are developed and designed in-house, most of them are patented or otherwise protected.

Bought Fairybell lights from them in 2017. The lights were used for 12 nights in 2017 and one night in 2018. Then they failed. A replacement transformer was thought to be needed. This was despatched but never arrived. The carrier claimed that no-one was home. The house was occupied at all times. Poor product, poor service.

Super kind service. Rechargeable batteries of a table lamp Gacoli did not work anymore. The company sent 4 new batteries free of charge. I cannot imagine a better customer service. Thanks!

My husband bought a Fairybell flagpole tree. It is beautiful. We get many compliments. This year when he put it up, a part was damaged. He went to fairybell.eu and they helped him find the correct part and shipped it right out. Great service, thank you!

I purchased a 3m tree for use in the U.K. Not realising it had an EU plug, I email about having a UK plug, one was sent out immediately and it arrived in a few days n the tree looks fantastic in my garden and receiving great comments off the neighbours! Excellent customer service n great product!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. It’s a long story so I apologize ahead of time. Short version, if you are considering purchasing a product from this company...DON’T DO IT! I purchased a $300 flagpole tree on Nov. 28, 2017. Five days later I finally received an order confirmation and tracking number. It arrived several days later. We used the tree for the month of December 2017. We packed it carefully in the original box just as it was sent. This December, we hung it from our flagpole correctly and used it for 3 days. The evening of the third day the lights all went out. The next morning my husband inspected it and found the piece that attached the power source to the light string had completely broken off. This houses the wires within a hard rubber “fuse” type piece. I immediately looked up my order info and warranty info. I sent my first email on Dec 3. I included my order confirmation and tracking along with photos of the broken pieces. I received an email on Dec 5th from a Lauren asking me if I needed a new wire harness or light string. Pretty sure she never even looked at the photos I sent. I responded that I didnt know what the part is called that is broken nor did I feel that it was fixable (my husbands opinion after looking at it). I pointed out that the Warranty states that they will send the parts to fix or a new tree within one year of purchase. I asked for a new tree. My first email to them regarding the broken tree was within that one year. We went back and forth with emails for a few days, they were always trying to tell me we might need” to attach the lighstring to the transformer” , or “maybe it is just a little problem with the cable junction instead of light strings”. What the ————! Again, I asked if they even looked at the photos because it is quite clear that it wasn’t the light strings that were the problem! I again, asked for a new tree as we didn’t feel this was “fixable”. Two weeks after the first email I was told they would send me a new cable junction. Then five days later, I emailed that I still hadn’t received the part and two days later she (now a Tessa) stated she would send another transformer and I should “connect these 2 spareparts for your fairybell”. Honestly, I have NEVER dealt with a company that refused to correct a situation with their product for so long, within a clear warranty timeframe. I have asked for a new tree several times. We were willing to try the new parts, because we weren’t getting any satisfaction but the parts have never arrived. Today is December 28, I STILL have not received any part(s) or of course no new tree. The entire Christmas season is gone...pretty ridiculous that an expensive product such as this wouldn’t last longer than one month (30 days) of use in 2017 then break 3 days into it’s next season. It’s not like this product is used year round. The customer service is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I would NEVER share this product with anyone because of their “foot dragging” and blatant disregard for honoring their warranty information.
