★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sterk af te raden makelaar. Vragen courtage aan huurder én verhuurder. Tevens slechte communicatie. Tegen huurder gezegd dat verhuurder nog iets zou aanpassen, en tegen verhuurder niks aangegeven. Spelen vervolgens huurder en verhuurder tegen elkaar uit. Bij navraag erg vervelende manier van bejegening. Gelukkig hadden huurder&verhuurder samen inmiddels contact en kon makelaar op zijn fout worden gewezen.

 Strongly discouraged broker. Ask brokerage fees to tenant and landlord. Also poor communication. Said to the tenant that the landlord would adjust something, and not indicated anything to the landlord. Then the tenant and landlord play against each other. When inquiring very annoying way of treatment. Fortunately, the tenant & landlord were now in contact and the broker could be pointed out his mistake.
