Werd even de les gelezen toen ik opmerkte dat het wel zo netjes zou zijn geweest even aan te geven of er al een koop onder voorbehoud zou zijn geweest. Had ik niet moeten doen gezien het niet al te vriendelijke antwoord dat ik terug kreeg. Duidelijk weer een "verkopersmarkt" en deze makelaar heeft het nog niet helemaal begrepen dat de tijden weer kunnen veranderen. Jammer, maar ik kijk even verder en zeker niet bij deze makelaar. Found a nice home through Funda, but of course "sold" again upon request. The lesson was briefly read when I remarked that it would have been so nice to indicate whether there had already been a purchase with reservation. I should not have done it considering the not too friendly response I received. Clearly a "seller's market" again and this broker has not fully understood that times can change again. A pity, but I look a little further and certainly not at this broker.

Poor service and totally unprofessional. Would not recommend if you seek professionalism from the makelaar.

She's super professional, gave super good tips on how to make our house more attractive and also provided us with honest guidance throughout the entire sales process. They have a very simple process which they explain very well and through the use of technology, everything is easy and transparent.
