Ook niet leuk dat hij ter plaatse nog steeds vanalles erbij wil verkopen. Wel heel vriendelijk. In itself rather happy with the devices (but in retrospect exactly rather too expensive, finishing was allowed for this price). Also not nice that he still wants to sell everything on the spot. Very friendly.
D	Daniel de Rooij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringtrapeze besteld voor onze kinderen. Op de website staat "geschikt voor leeftijd van 2 tot 12 jaar", bij ophanghoogte van 2.5m. Echter, de ringen hangen dan op 120cm hoog, te hoog voor onze (kleine) tweeling van 4. Ik heb contact opgenomen waarin ze toegeven dat de ringen inderdaad zo hoog hangen, te hoog dus voor een 2-jarige, en als oplossing stellen ze voor een verlengtouw te kopen. Op zich nog OK, maar aangezien dit een onverwachte extra kost was (op hun website stond nl. vanaf 2 jaar en daar had ik goed op gezocht wetende dat de touwen van deze dingen vaak te kort zijn) stelde ik voor dat ik de verlengtouwen à 10 Euro zou betalen en zij dan de verzendkosten à 6 Euro voor hun rekening zouden nemen. Immers had ik het ook zo gedaan als op hun website had gestaan dat ze op 1m20 hangen. Het antwoord vond ik star, en zeer klantonvriendelijk: "(...) wij zijn van mening dat u het juiste artikel heeft ontvangen, en dat de gegevens op de website juist zijn. Wij zullen u niet tegemoet komen op de verzendkosten." Het product is prima (dus 2 sterren), de service is ronduit klantonvriendelijk. Ringtrapeze ordered for our children. The website states "suitable for ages 2 to 12 years", with a suspension height of 2.5m. However, the rings hang at 120cm high, too high for our (little) twin of 4. I contacted them and they admit that the rings are indeed so high, so too high for a 2 year old, and as a solution they propose to buy an extension rope. In itself still OK, but since this was an unexpected extra cost (on their website it said from 2 years and I had searched well knowing that the ropes of these things are often too short) I suggested that I buy the extension ropes à 10 Euro and they would then take care of the shipping costs of 6 Euro. After all, I would have done it the same way if their website had stated that they hang at 1m20. I found the answer rigid, and very customer-unfriendly: "(...) we believe that you have received the correct item, and that the information on the website is correct. We will not reimburse you for the shipping costs." The product is fine (so 2 stars), the service is downright customer unfriendly.

Deze zal bij de komende storm zeker blijven staan. :-) Wij kijken ernaar uit om er van de zomer heerlijk met de hele familie aan te lunchen. Plek zat bij ons! What beautiful quality items and just old-fashioned top service! Today our new 5 meter long 'tree trunk' picnic table was delivered and neatly mounted. This will certainly remain in the coming storm. :-) We are looking forward to a delicious lunch with the whole family this summer. Place was with us!

Destijds zijn we niet goed ingelicht over de duurzaamheid en onderhoud, de bank zou niet behandeld hoeven worden, mooi vergrijzen en lang meegaan. Helaas is het hout toch gaan rotten, na een jaar of 6 de picknicktafel naar tevredenheid te hebben gebruikt. Contact opgenomen met Henken speeltoestellen om samen tot een passende oplossing te komen, bv tegen een schappelijke prijs nieuwe planken die we er zelf wel op willen zetten. Het onderstel is nog goed dus dat zou een win-win oplossing zijn. We willen uiteraard na 8 jaar geen nieuwe picknickbank maar ook niet ‘gewoon’ een nieuwe aanschaffen. Helaas geeft Henken speeltoestellen niet thuis. Nieuwe planken kunnen geleverd worden maar voor ongeveer dezelfde prijs als een nieuwe picknickbank. Een aangepaste prijs had ik passend gevonden, klantvriendelijk maar het commerciële denken en dus geld verdienen staat voor hen voorop, erg jammer. We ordered a picnic bench from this company 8 years ago. At the time, we were not well informed about durability and maintenance, the sofa would not need to be treated, it would age nicely and last a long time. Unfortunately, the wood has started to rot after about 6 years of using the picnic table satisfactorily. Contacted Henken playground equipment to come up with a suitable solution together, eg new planks at a reasonable price that we would like to put on ourselves. The chassis is still good so that would be a win-win solution. Of course we don't want to buy a new picnic bench after 8 years, but neither do we 'just' buy a new one. Unfortunately, Henken does not provide playground equipment at home. New planks can be supplied but for about the same price as a new picnic bench. I would have found an adjusted price appropriate, customer-friendly, but commercial thinking and therefore making money is paramount for them, which is a pity.
