Nice shop, with a nice collection. We always pass clothes. We are helped very well and exchanges are not difficult at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was dinsdags in Henny Rits Rijnsburg. Ik wilde kleding voor mijn kinderen, maar ik wist niet precies welke maat kleding ik nodig had. Ik vroeg aan de verkoopster of ze wat leuks voor mijn kinderen kon uitzoeken. De reactie die kreeg was “daar hangt het, kijk zelf maar of je wat ziet” terwijl ze dr handen continue met een doekje aan het schoonmaken was. Ze bleef continue op afstand en wilde niet helpen. Ik kom nooit meer terug!! Wat een slechte service!!
I was in Henny Rits Rijnsburg on Tuesday. I wanted clothes for my kids, but I wasn't sure exactly what size clothes I needed. I asked the saleswoman if she could find something nice for my children. The response that came up was "there it hangs, see if you see anything" while she was cleaning her hands with a cloth. She kept a distance at all times and would not help. I will never come back !! What a bad service !!
