★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein en beperkt museum. Als je in Zwolle bent en en half uurtje tijd beschikbaar bent dan is het een leuk uitje. Museum geeft een redelijk beeld van Herman brood als kunstenaar en minder als musicus. Veel commerciële huisvlijt te koop zoals koppen, foto t-shirts, enz. Er Zijn kunstwerken zijn te koop rondom 1000 eur
Small and limited museum. If you are in Zwolle and are available for half an hour then it is a nice outing. Museum gives a reasonable picture of Herman Brood as an artist and less as a musician. Many commercial home crafts for sale such as headlines, photo t-shirts, etc. There are artworks for sale around 1000 eur

Voor mij een speciaal museum, ik woonde in Amsterdam in het centrum vlak bij centraal station, zat op een vrije dag in gezellig kroegje waar ik vaker kwam.de deur zwaaide open en Herman Brood stapte binnen met schilderij.Hij gaf het aan de kastelein en zij tot 5 uur gratis zuipen. Voor Amsterdam niet vreemd hij was er thuis dat was de eerste keer dat ik hem ontmoeten.
Gezellig zitten ouwehoeren over van alles, ik deed ook wat met verf dus top.
Dus dat ik tijdje geleden in museum was kreeg het er warm van zo mooi.
Was in het verleden wel boven in atelier van Herman geweest er kwamen wel meer vreemde snuiters binnen, daarom zaten er mensen aan bureau bij de deur zodat er niet zo maar doeken mee gingen.
Daar was ik wel blij om zeker achteraf.
Herman kende ook veel mee lopers die over zijn rug voor de kunst waren geld dus , ken ze !!
Dat het museum maar onwijs mag groeien.

Rein Mulder my encounters with Herman Brood, Amsterdam
A special museum for me, I lived in the center of Amsterdam near the central station, on a day off I sat in a cozy pub that I frequented more often. The door swung open and Herman Brood entered with a painting. He gave it to the innkeeper and they drink up to 5 hours for free. Not strange for Amsterdam he was there at home that was the first time I met him.
Cozy sitting and talking about everything, I also did something with paint so great.
So that I was in a museum a while ago, it made it so beautiful.
Had been upstairs in Herman's studio in the past, more strange guys came in, that's why people sat at the desk by the door so that cloths did not just go with them.
I was happy about that, especially afterwards.
Herman also knew a lot of runners who were over his back for art money, so know them!!
May the museum continue to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so moved when I visited the Herman Brood museum. Many original Herman Brood stuffs, valuable photos, artworks and wonderfully composed intro videos…… It’s the perfect place to pay tribute to Herman. Besides, the persons worked at the museum are very friendly!
The one and only Herman Brood! He is really a genius and talented in many aspects. He was a musician, painter, actor and poet. He was called "the greatest and only Dutch rock 'n' roll star". He was a honest person with strong personality. Love his art works. His “My way” is really touching. Wish he is happy there in heaven!
