★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sturen mij door naar een kantoor in Rotterdam, terwijl dit absoluut niet noodzakelijk is voor mijn vraag. Het kantoor in Rotterdam vertelt mij dat ik beter in Amsterdam zijn. Nogmaals contact opgenomen met dit kantoor en mijn vraag neergelegd. Uit dit tweede gesprek blijkt geen zin om mijn vraag te beantwoorden en wordt mij vertelt dat er geen enkele notaris aanwezig is voor de hele dag. Erg bijzonder voor een notariskantoor. Daarbij krijg ik een ongevraagde opmerking dat ik wel erg aan de late kant ben. Een ander notariskantoor in Amsterdam benaderd die mij direct hebben geholpen en aangaven dat ik prima op tijd was.
Forward me to an office in Rotterdam, while this is absolutely not necessary for my question. The office in Rotterdam tells me that I would be better in Amsterdam. Again contacted this office and put my question down. From this second conversation it appears that there is no point in answering my question and I am told that there is no notary present for the whole day. Very special for a notary office. I also get an unsolicited comment that I am very late. Approached another notary's office in Amsterdam who immediately helped me and indicated that I was perfectly on time.
