Gemeld via de mail en de stoel werd de volgende dag netjes afgehaald en binnen 7 dagen was hij weer retour. Volledig kosteloos en zonder moeite. Dankjewel Hermans Home, ik genoot al van de stoelen en verwacht dat de aankomende tijd verlopig nog verder voor te zetten ?..top!! After three quarters of a year, 1 of the 4 chairs had some staples loose. Reported by email and the chair was picked up the next day and returned within 7 days. Completely free of charge and effortless. Thank you Hermans Home, I already enjoyed the chairs and expect to continue to do so in the near future ?..top!!
H	Hedwig de Leeuw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik rijd speciaal vanuit Utrecht naar Hermanshome. In Dorderecht! Toch zo'n 45 min heen en 45 min terug. Dan ben toch geinteresseerd in iemand zijn producten, maar als je dan binnenkomt en men doet al moeilijk om een stoel mee te nemen om te kijken of hij thuis goed staat en zit. Zegt de verkoper, je mag de stoel niet in elkaar zetten want dan krijg ik hem beschadigd terug. Ik neem een complete stoel bij leenbakker mee en doen nergens moeilijk over en behandel de stoel natuurlijk netjes zoals het hoort. En als je hem dan toch beschadigd dan betaal je daarvoor. Kwamen mensen binnen een stoel ophalen en deed de verkoper een partij moeilijk. Ik dacht wat is dat voor een rare kerel. In iedergeval veel tijd verloren en ga we wel elders en dichterbij wat zoeken. Slechte reclame voor je zaak! I drive specially from Utrecht to Hermanshome. In Dordrecht! Still about 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back. Then I'm interested in someone's products, but when you come in and people make it difficult to take a chair with you to see if it stands and sits properly at home. The seller says, you are not allowed to assemble the chair because then I will receive it back damaged. I take a complete chair with me from the loan baker and don't make a fuss about anything and of course treat the chair properly as it should be. And if you do damage it, you pay for it. People came to pick up a seat inside and gave the seller a lot of trouble. I thought what a weird guy that is. In any case, we lost a lot of time and we will look elsewhere and closer. Bad publicity for your business!
E	Esther De Bruyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier 6 eetkamer stoelen besteld ze werden snel geleverd dat was super maar echter waren ze ook net zo snel kapot . Binnen 1 week kwamen er al een soort van elastiekjes uit de stof hier een klacht over in gediend maar ik moest maar een stofbostel kopen. Ook vallen de naamplaatje van hun merk er met regelmaat vanaf net als de dopjes waar de stof mee vast gemaakt is. Ook de pootjes moeten regelmatig vast gemaakt worden. Kortom Prachtige stoelen voor een redelijk bedrag maar slechte kwaliteit I ordered 6 dining room chairs here and they were delivered quickly which was great, but they were also broken just as quickly. Within 1 week there were already some kind of rubber bands from the fabric filed a complaint about this, but I just had to buy a dust brush. The name tag of their brand also regularly falls off, as do the caps with which the fabric is attached. The legs must also be fastened regularly. In short, beautiful chairs for a reasonable amount but poor quality
