Wij hebben Libardo als aankoopmakelaar en ervaren het als erg prettig. We hebben via de app contact met hem en dat werkt erg makkelijk. Hij denkt mee als je door een huis loopt, beoordeelt woningen op de juiste waarde, weet wat je het beste kan doen bij het doen van een bod op een huis.

We have Libardo as a buying agent and experience it as very pleasant. We have contact with him via the app and that works very easily. He thinks along when you walk through a house, assesses homes for the right value, knows what you can do best when making an offer for a house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben met het team van Hertog Makelaars (Libardo en Roberto) samengewerkt en zij hebben ons geholpen met de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis: niets meer dan lof! Het is een klein makelaars kantoor, maar eentje met heel veel ervaring en connecties. De persoonlijk aanpak verschilt daarmee echt met andere makelaarskantoren. Hier ben je niet één in een dozijn en is er echt de persoonlijke aanpak. De aankoop in Haarlem en omgeving is lastig, maar door de 'onorthodoxe' methodes (b.v. flyeren) zijn wij toch aan ons huis gekomen voordat deze op de markt kwam. Wij raden Hertog Makelaars dan ook enorm aan!
We have worked with the team of Hertog Makelaars (Libardo and Roberto) and they have helped us with the purchase of our new home: nothing more than praise! It is a small real estate agency, but one with a lot of experience and connections. The personal approach really differs from other brokerage firms. Here you are not one in a dozen and there is really the personal approach. Purchasing in Haarlem and the surrounding area is difficult, but due to the 'unorthodox' methods (e.g. flyering), we nevertheless came to our house before it came on the market. We therefore highly recommend Hertog Makelaars!
