K	Kees Mommers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Busjehuren.nl (FlexCarrental) bij Hertz een Citroen Jumper (diesel) gehuurd voor een week voor een verhuizing naar het buitenland. Op zich een prima bus...maar...al de eerste dag kreeg ik een melding dat er Adblue moest worden bijgevuld anders zou ik niet meer kunnen starten. Ik had er nog nooit van gehoord, maar het benzinestation wel en dus heb ik er een liter bijgedaan. Daarna weer dezelfde melding. Ik totaal heb ik er bijna 20 liter ik kunnen doen verspreid over drie dagen (blijkt dat de gehele tank vol moest worden gevuld). Blijkbaar was de gehele tank helemaal leeg toen ik de bus meekreeg. De dag daarna kreeg ik de melding dat het oliepeil e laag was en moest worden bijgevuld. Dus ook dit maar bijgevuld. Volgens mij is dit toch makkelijk te controleren door de verhuurden en moet dit toch in orde zijn bij afgifte van het voertuig. Nooit iets meer van gehoord Teleurstellendste was dat de gemaakte kosten (20 liter Adblue en een liter motorolie) na overhandiging van de bonnen, niet zijn vergoed. Vervolgens komen ze na vier maanden met een rekening voor een tolheffing van 2 euro op kenteken die a.g.v. hun aantoonbare nalatigheid niet is betaald, een boete wegens te late betaling van 48 euro, en 18 euro administratiekosten. Als je daar iets van zegt begint de eigenaar van FlexXarrental te dreigen met hogere administratiekosten, incassobureau, zwarte lijst. Hierbij ondertekent en doet hij zich voor als directeur van Hertz Nederland, waarvan hij slechts een agentschap heeft. Wij hadden trouwens geen contract hadden met Hertz. Ben benieuwd hoe ze bij Hertz hierover denken ? Kwalijk bedrijf en persoon. Beter mijden. Rented a Citroen Jumper (diesel) at Hertz via Busjehuren.nl (FlexCarrental) for a week for a move abroad. In itself a great bus ... but ... the first day I received a message that Adblue had to be refilled otherwise I would not be able to start again. I had never heard of it, but the gas station did and so I added a liter. Then the same message again. In total I have almost 20 liters I was able to do spread over three days (it turns out that the entire tank had to be filled up). Apparently the entire tank was completely empty when I got the bus. The next day I got a message that the oil level was low and needed to be topped up. So this also but topped up. I think this is easy to check by the renters and it must be in order when the vehicle is handed over. Never heard of it again Most disappointing was that the costs incurred (20 liters of Adblue and a liter of engine oil) were not reimbursed after the receipts were handed over. After four months, they come up with an invoice for a toll of 2 euros on license plate that has not been paid due to their demonstrable negligence, a fine for late payment of 48 euros, and 18 euros in administration costs. If you say something about that, the owner of FlexXarrental starts to threaten with higher administration costs, collection agency, blacklist. He hereby signs and presents himself as director of Hertz Netherlands, of which he only has one agency. By the way, we had no contract with Hertz. Are you curious how they think about this at Hertz? Bad company and person. Better avoid.

Ook krijg je de auto’s/bussen altijd keurig netjes gewassen en uitgezogen mee. Kortom, het beste verhuuradres van Tilburg! Have been coming to Hertz Tilburg for years; always just good. Pleasant people, think along with me as a customer. You will also always receive the cars/buses neatly washed and vacuumed. In short, the best rental address in Tilburg!

Via de chat op hun site krijg ik in het Duits het advies om het nummer te bellen dat ik al 10 keer heb geprobeerd. Het Whatsapp nummer op hun antwoordapparaat reageert niet. Wel gelezen kan ik zien. Wat een asociaal bedrijf. Today I thought to pick up my car here. Is the office closed? No one available by phone. Through the chat on their site I get the advice in German to call the number that I have already tried 10 times. The Whatsapp number on their answering machine is not responding. I can see read. What an antisocial company.
