R	Roman Seidelsohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam im Urlaub ohne niederländische Sprachkenntnisse, weil ich mir sicher war, das Getriebe meiner Nabenschaltung sei hinüber und ich bräuchte in jedem Falle eine komplett neue Gangschaltung. Zum Glück spricht man hier auch einwandfrei englisch und ich konnte mein Anliegen vorbringen. Anstatt mir jedoch wie gewünscht eine neue teure Gangschaltung anzubieten, machte der Techniker erst eine ausgiebige Probefahrt mit meinem Rad und erklärte mir dann, dass er sich sicher sei, die Reparatur sei deutlich einfacher und günstiger möglich. Und tatsächlich war mein Rad nach 2 Tagen einwandfrei und günstig repariert. Zudem wurde meine Fehleinschätzung nicht ausgenutzt, sondern das Problem geprüft und der tatsächliche Schaden behoben. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Von mir auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung! I came on vacation without knowing the Dutch language because I was sure that the gearbox of my gear hub was over and that I would definitely need a completely new gear shift. Fortunately, English is spoken perfectly here and I was able to raise my concerns. However, instead of offering me a new, expensive gear shift as requested, the technician first took my bike for an extensive test ride and then explained to me that he was sure that the repair would be much easier and cheaper. And actually my bike was repaired perfectly and cheaply after 2 days. In addition, my misjudgment was not exploited, but the problem was examined and the actual damage was repaired. The service was very courteous and friendly. Definitely a recommendation from me!

P	Paula stam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 weken op vakantie in Friesland. Op de 1ste dag tijdens fietstocht begaf de accu van de elektrische fiets. Dachten dat het echt een nieuwe accu zou worden, of laten reviseren. Via Google kwamen we bij Hessels terecht. Dus 80 km rijden naar Meppel. Accu achter gelaten en wij een middag naar Giethoorn. Waren er toch dichtbij. Eind van de middag konden we de accu ophalen. Sensor was kapot. Kosten €25 !!!!!! Wat een service! Top!! Accu binnen 4 uur gemaakt!! En wij blij dat we de rest van de vakantie kunnen fietsen!! Bedankt voor de super snelle en goede service. Groet Wim en Paula 2 weeks on holiday in Friesland. On the 1st day during the bike ride, the battery of the electric bicycle died. Thought it would really be a new battery, or have it overhauled. Through Google we came across Hessels. So drive 80 km to Meppel. Battery left behind and we went to Giethoorn for an afternoon. Were close anyway. At the end of the afternoon we were able to pick up the battery. Sensor was broken. Cost €25!!!!!! What a service! Top!! Battery made within 4 hours!! And we are happy that we can cycle the rest of the holiday!! Thanks for the super fast and good service. Greetings Wim and Paula
