Easy to reach, fast response, clear communication, straight forward, direct and pleasant. If I ever have a house to rent in Almere I wouldn't hesitate to leave it in Hestia Housing Holland's hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our place through Hestia Housing Holland at Almere. We were rented there for more than one and half year. During our contract, Elma was our contact point. Elma did a great job from finding us the apartment to the end. She was very professional, went through every minor detail and even helped us while moving out. She is very professional, friendly and really helpful.
I would strongly recommend Hestia Housing to anyone looking for an apartment in Almere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an apartment from Elma in 2018 and vacated it in March this year. Elma is very professional and direct. The check in to the apartment was detailed with photographs of the apartment taken and damages if any, pointed out before we moved in. The contract was in dutch but an English copy was also provided. Once we moved in, Elma inquired about a week later if everything was OK. Some times she was unavailable on phone but she called back whenever we left a message. She was very prompt in replying back to emails though and our emails were responded to 100% of the time. During our stay, we reached out to her a couple of times for operational issues ( we were in an apartment), and she was able to resolve the problem both the times. The checkout from the apartment was also seamless. Since we received the apartment professionally cleaned, we did the same while vacating. The deposit was fully refunded to us after a month but since it was as per the contract we were OK with it. All in all we had a fairly straightforward and professional experience with Elma and I can recommend her for accommodation rental needs.

Any operational issue, during our stay, was promptly addressed. Elma is a meticulous and helpful lady. The deposit was also refunded within the stipulated time. All in all, Hestia Housing is very professional and highly recommended.

We had 5 great years, thanks to Elma, even without speaking Dutch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were looking for a place to rent and in between viewings, a friend recommended us to Elma (Hestia Housing). Due to Elma’s responsiveness, we immediately got an appointment for the apartment viewing in Almere (very close to central station). Within a week we had the place available!
She is very meticulous and notes down every detail during check-in and also photographs everything.
Elma also helped us with water supply, heating and electricity registrations. Also she was quick in addressing all our concerns like issues with water faucets, induction stove etc.
We stayed for 2 years without any house related worries.
During check-out, Elma is again very meticulous in checking everything. Please be careful to keep your house clean and tidy including curtains and the inside rubber parts of the fridge and washing machine!! :)
Anyways, the checkout went well and she communicated with the landlords for our deposit money, which was returned back to us within the time stated. All in all, I would recommend their service!

Elma is very professional, helpful and respond quickly.
Both check-in and check-out was fully documented, agreed by both parties.
I read other review related to refund of deposit BUT in my case, it was completely hassle free.
Deposit was made to Hestia Housing account and same has been fully refunded, a week earlier than agreed one month time.
I would recommend Hestia Housing and Elma for anyone’s rental requirements.
