Nadat Ferry van Houten 40 jaar lang Het Bosch heeft gedraaid en een prachtig restaurant heeft neergezet. Was het tijd voor de nieuwe generatie, Danny en Leanne van Houten.

Price on the expensive side but it's definitely worth it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word incredible. Nice location on the water front adjacent to the Amsterdamse Bosjes. Easy parking (free). Warm welcome upon arrival and seated comfortable at the corner table with free view over the lake, marina and river. Before our order is served, we had a delicious amuse bouche prepared by the chef, followed by salmon, sole role with different sauces and as main course a fish with caviar droplets, risotto and a light sauce. So delicious, so unique. Ended up with a cereal, chocolate, mango mousse and mandarin sherbet. To sum it up, be there and let you palate go for a real gourmet treat, elegantly and professional served and so good for the mind and soul. Highly recommended.
