Wij bellen met Tubbergen na doorverwijzing via een ander filiaal.
Wat een naar en arrogant mens kregen we aan de telefoon, ze scheepte ons gewoon af want mevrouw was druk. Kan gebeuren en zouden wij ook alle begrip voor hebben maar doe niet zo kattig en kortaf, zeer klantonvriendelijk.
Zeer slecht, ik zal daar niks kopen, ben toch echt wel een vaste klant van het Broekenhuis en koop in verschillende filialen.
Arrogant person.
We call Tubbergen after referral via another branch.
What a nasty and arrogant person we got on the phone, she just put us off because madam was busy. Can happen and we would fully understand, but don't be so catty and curt, very customer-unfriendly.
Very bad, I will not buy anything there, I am a regular customer of the Broekenhuis and buy in different branches.
