H	Henny Reijenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vanaf het moment van betreden van de winkel word je al aangekeken alsof je iets gaat stelen. Ze volgen je bijna de hele winkel door. Vandaag voor de 2e keer in mijn leven beschuldigd van diefstal in deze winkel + toen ik naar buiten liep hoorde ik van een wildvreemde man dat hij ook vaak beschuldigd is van diefstal. Zeker af te raden deze winkel te betreden. from the moment you enter the store you will be looked at as if you were going to steal something. They follow you almost throughout the store. Today for the 2nd time in my life accused of theft in this store + when I walked outside I heard from a stranger that he is often accused of theft. Certainly not recommended to enter this store.

Er lag een pakje voor mij waarvan ik niet op de hoogte was. Kreeg ik keurig bericht dat het klaar lag voor me. Very nice store. Staff has a lot of knowledge of the products and always think along with you. Even a good service from their DHL point. There was a package in front of me that I was not aware of. I received a clear message that it was ready for me.

Verder hebben ze ook een huishoud-afdeling a la Blokker. Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk. Our favorite store in Balk. They have a wide choice in (board) games, they also have the nicer (less common) games! They also have a domestic department a la Blokker. The staff are always friendly.

Ongelooflijk groot assortiment..maar wat ik het prettigste vind is de service welk dit bedrijf levert...tot zelfs aan onze huisdeur aan toe. In deze zakelijke tijden is dit bedrijf een voorbeeld van menselijk contact en vriendelijkheid. Chapeau!!! One of the nicest shops in Balk! Always friendly and helpful and if something is not there, it is quickly ordered. Unbelievably large range..but what I like most is the service this company provides...even to our doorstep. In these business times, this company is an example of human contact and friendliness. cheers!!!

Ik vind het een verademing om hier iets te kopen en zal ook zeker weer terug komen om gebruik te maken van de fantastische service van het personeel. What a wonderful store. At Het Geschenkenhuis in Balk people understand what customer friendliness and customer experience entail.
