★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een nare ervaring, zeer teleurstellend. Mijn bank zou worden opgehaald, netjes aangegeven dat hij een trap af moest, en, ivm maar 1 dag per week mogelijk, iemand moeten regelen om bij mij in huis te zijn ivm werk. bij aankomen van de mensen nemen zij hem niet mee ivm de trap. Erg naar!
 What a bad experience, very disappointing. My couch would be picked up, neatly indicated that he had to go down a flight of stairs, and, because of only 1 day a week, I would have to arrange someone to come to my house for work. when the people arrive they don't take him with them because of the stairs. Very much!
