Waarbij individueel gekeken wordt naar wat jij wilt bereiken. En iedere 6 wkn wordt dit weer "getoetst" Het team van het Gymlokaal is stuk voor stuk even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Waardoor je geen drempel voelt om te gaan sporten.Veel persoonlijke aandacht en begeleiding. Ik vond sporten nooit leuk, maar durf wel te zeggen, door het team van Het Gymlokaal A very nice sports boutique, pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away! Here you are not a number but a real person. Individually looking at what you want to achieve. And every 6 weeks this is "tested" again. The team of the Gymlokaal is all just as friendly and helpful. Fijn dat er samengewerkt wordt met MMfysio. Deze combinatie geeft mij het vertrouwen dat ik zonder blessures mijn doelen kan behalen en sporten leuk blijft. Good results achieved after 2 months of training at the gym. My posture has visibly improved. And I also notice the difference in my clothing. It's nice to be working with MMfysio. This combination gives me the confidence that I can achieve my goals without injury and that sports will remain fun.

De begeleiders zijn altijd in voor een gezellig praatje, maar letten ook goed op je houding en de uitvoering van de oefeningen. Bij fysieke klachten helpen ze graag, bijvoorbeeld met aanpassingen van de oefeningen. Al met al een aanrader!! Het Gymlokaal in Lent is a great gym with a pleasant atmosphere and a personal approach. The supervisors are always up for a friendly chat, but also pay close attention to your posture and the execution of the exercises. They are happy to help with physical complaints, for example with adjustments to the exercises. All in all highly recommended!!

You can always comfortably take a freshly ground beans Espresso / Coffee before you exercise, which i personally like before workout (free of charge). All sports equipment adapt automatically when you scan your wristband on the sport-equipment machine. Really Lean, I like it. So luckely i am not wasting my time on hassle like that. In addition, there is always a counselor present with a great deal of knowledge, who gives you sincere personal attention in guiding your own trajectory. The location is perfect. Just around the corner of the main city road. So for me it is just great to hop in straight before or after work. Every now and then I combine my sports visit with the physiotherapist, which is literally next door, in the same fascility.
