Heb mijn vraagtekens bij de kennis van de medewerker, zij kwam meer over als receptionisten. Wellicht zijn zij bij grotere juridische problemen wel handig, maar voor beroep bij boetes niet echt verhelderend. A bit strange atmosphere and personally very confusing help during consultation conversation. I have doubts about the knowledge of the employee, she came across more as receptionists. They may be useful for larger legal problems, but not really clarifying for appeals in case of fines.

Called, waiting time too long 35 min. Emailed. Would hear something in 3 hours. A week later and still no response to my questions. Scandalous.

Maar ik weet nu zéker: Geheel Nederland is fout, politie is crimineel, rechtbanken zijn 100% fout enz. Juridisch Loket is voor leken wie nog blind van vertrouwen zijn in Nederland. I had bad experiences, such as that they gave predictably bad answers, pretending that the Legal Counter knows everything... Not helpful and much further. But I now know for sure: The whole of the Netherlands is wrong, the police are criminal, courts are 100% wrong, etc. Juridisch Loket is for laymen who still have a blind faith in the Netherlands.
B	Betty Den Engelsman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben goed geholpen en doorverwezen. Ook werd ik snel geholpen. Vanwegen corona telefonisch. Werkt wmb beter dan er eerst heen te moeten. Wel heel even geduld hebben. Er waren wachtende voor mij. Maar ik zal dan ook vast niet de enige zijn die hulp /advies nodig heeft van HJL. I was well helped and referred. I was also helped quickly. Due to corona by phone. Wmb works better than having to go there first. Have a little patience. There were waiting for me. But I will certainly not be the only one who needs help / advice from HJL.

We went there feeling desperate about a problem, and left knowing not only had someone really listened, but that there was a legal solution. And that "the little man" can fight back - that unscrupulous and underhand landlords cannot get away with their illegal practices.
