★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In principle this is a good resource for basic legal advice, supposedly free. But in reality this is just empty advertising, a front office with absolute zero legal action support (they won't even write a standard letter to - say - your landlord for you, not even for the most standard copy-paste issues that are extremely common in NL). They will tell you to find yourself a private lawyer, just go online and search. Considering that getting their empty response can cost you several waiting days, this could cost you a dangerous delay in your real way through finding a solution. If you really think you may need legal support, just finding a private lawyer studio directly, most of them will also give you a first introductory chat for free, and you'll have to pay either way if action is needed.
