★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na een keer 7 min aan de lijn hebben gehangen en steeds te horen krijgen dat het langer duurt dan 3 min raadpleeg ik de website ondanks dat niet veel mensen zich met mijn probleem geconfronteerd zullen zien. Dat bleek ook, ik kon het nergens onder brengen. Dan maar een mail, die mogelijkheid was er niet (meer)! Chatten kon ook niet(meer). En deze veranderingen worden niet aangegeven bij de telefoonbeantwoorder die altijd zo lang mogelijk moet worden gemaakt, toch? (voor de verdiensten)
Dus nog een keer gebeld rond 3uur. Het zou vermeld kunnen worden als het Juridisch loket na 12.00uur niet meer beschikbaar is.

That also turned out, I could not house it anywhere. Then just a mail, that possibility was not there (anymore)! Chat was also not possible (anymore). And these changes are not reported to the telephone answerer who must always be made as long as possible, right? (for the earnings)
So another call around 3 o'clock. It could be mentioned if the Legal Counter is no longer available after 12:00.
