 Had a good conversation with the employee, but was not satisfied with what was said. So put me down, I will. I can come back at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit gaat punctueel om 14:00u open. Je moet een nummertje trekken en dan wordt je opgeroepen. Ik werd netjes geholpen ook al hebben ze niet veel tijd.
This opens punctually at 2 pm. You have to draw a number and you will be called. I was helped nicely even though they don't have much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerder wel eens redelijk geholpen maar de telefonische wachttijden zijn dramatisch. Het automatische bandje geeft aan 'de wachttijd is ongeveer 2 minuten' maar 10 minuten later heb je nog steeds niemand aan de lijn. Als het geen betaald nummer zou zijn zou dat niet zo vervelend zijn maar dat is het helaas wel.
Previously reasonably helped, but the telephone waiting times are dramatic. The automatic tape indicates 'the waiting time is approximately 2 minutes' but 10 minutes later you still have no one on the line. If it wasn't a paid number, it wouldn't be that annoying, but unfortunately it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel moeilijk bereikbaar en niet de vriendelijkste aan de telefoon gehad.
Uiteindelijk weet ik nog niets.
Omdat veel thuis werken en het niet te controleren is, vermoed ik dat deze medewerker met heel andere dingen bezig was..
Very difficult to reach and not the friendliest on the phone.
In the end I don't know anything yet.
Because a lot of work from home and it cannot be checked, I suspect that this employee was busy with completely different things ..
