โ โ โ โ โ Minpuntje: eerste gesprek wordt aan de balie gevoerd, waar derden mee kunnen luisteren naar uw probleem. Pluspunt: vervolggesprekken worden wel gevoerd in aparte ruimtes. Medewerkers zijn betrokken en helpen je goed op weg.
Minus point: the first conversation is conducted at the desk, where third parties can listen to your problem. Plus point: follow-up conversations are conducted in separate rooms. Employees are involved and help you on your way.

โ โ โ โ โ Het is echt jammer dat het alleen nog maar op dat het alleen nog maar dat het alleen nog maar op donderdag middag open is Ja en anders ook wel maar dan moet je bellen en dat kost weer zoveel per minuut en ondanks er veel mensen naar toe willen met een minder inkomen vind ik dat niet aantrekkelijk meer helaas het is niet anders
It's a shame that it's only open that it's only open on Thursday afternoon Yes and otherwise too but then you have to call and that costs so much per minute and despite many people wanting to go with a less income I don't find that attractive anymore unfortunately it's no different
