Er was iets mis gegaan met het ontvangen van mijn vouchers. Vervolgens erg goed geholpen en uiteindelijk heerlijk kunnen eten tegen een mooie prijs! Aanrader!

Geen ster waard. Pas op mensen, bestel hier geen internet voucher want je betaald direct via iDEAL en ontvangt een ongeldige voucher zodat je bij het restaurant mooi voor lul staat

Complete scam artists! My daughter arranged a reservation for our group at a particular restaurant that we always frequent, she decided (for the first time) to use this online company to ensure seats at this particular restaurant since we were short on time. Somehow they screwed up the reservation and booked us at another restaurant. Not only did we make an online payment to this site but we were also prompted to pay at the restaurant in question. Even though it was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable situation, but we thought hey everyone (even businesses) can sometimes make mistakes. The manager at the restaurant told us what to do and confirmed to us that it wouldn't be a big deal to get our money back once we contacted the site and explain what had happened. He even offered to step up as our reference. But oh what was he wrong! Once we contacted the site (btw they don't take your phone calls, you can only e-mail them) they suggested it was our fault and refused to refund us our money back. The money for which they did not deliver ANY services in return. We again mailed them and explained what the situation at hand was, and that there was some sort of misunderstanding and that we had even the invoice and the manager who was willing to testify that there had been a misunderstanding, but they would not have it. The team leader even send us a VERY rude e-mail in return stating that we were the ones at fault and that they would not resolve the issue. So my sincere advise would be STAY AWAY from booking through this site, because it is being backed by very poor trained customer service representatives who are only out to get your money and are definitely NOT a fair service provider.
