I	Itzard Schouten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Wij hadden het voorrecht om in een van de eerste nieuwe cabins te mogen slapen. Sandra en Stephen hebben er met hun team echt iets heel speciaals van weten te maken. Rust, kunst, Friesland....wat wil je nog meer. We komen graag weer terug en we kunnen niet wachten om te zien wat de verdere ontwikkelingen de komende tijd gaan zijn. What a lovely place to stay. We had the privilege to sleep in one of the first new cabins. Sandra and Stephen and their team have really managed to make it something very special. Peace, art, Friesland .... what more could you want. We would love to come back and we can't wait to see what further developments will be in the near future.
R	Rob Hofker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bijzondere plek die nog bijzonderder gaat worden. Kunst aan de Waddenzee. Aardige mensen met een mooi verhaal. Heerlijk geslapen in een mooie kamer. Het is nog volop in ontwikkeling, dus misschien nog niet helemaal klaar, maar de sfeer maakt dat je dat niet stoort. Een absolute aanrader langs het Kustpad. A special place that will become even more special. Art at the Wadden Sea. Nice people with a nice story. Slept wonderfully in a beautiful room. It's still in development, so maybe not quite finished yet, but the atmosphere means that it doesn't bother you. An absolute must along the Coastal Path.
J	Jan Prins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persoonlijk vond ik het wat rommelig, maar de nieuwe eigenaar gaat vast zijn best doen. Wel koud binnen in deze tijd van het jaar. Personally I found it a bit messy, but the new owner will do his best. Cold inside at this time of year.

B	Ben Bol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In het weekend hebben wij hier met een groepje randstedelingen van acht overnacht in de mooie, vakkundig verbouwde kamers. Het was een waar genoegen. De eigenaars Stephan en Sandra zijn bijzonder vriendelijk, enorm gastvrij, open en behulpzaam. Er is/ wordt hier een bijzondere plek gecreëerd op een heel mooie locatie. De kamers zijn tiptop in orde met ruime, goede bedden, mooie dakramen, let op het palletje rechtsboven, even naar achter halen, dan kunnen ze verder open. De stortdouche is heerlijk. Als je van oude broodroosters/ vintage toasters houdt, ben je hier aan het goede adres, Stephan heeft een mooie verzameling. Er staat nog veel meer trouwens, oude meubels, gebruiksartikelen, bijzondere verpakkingen. Lekkere appeltaart, cake, een bijzonder uitgebreid ontbijt wordt ook voor gezorgd. En dan die toren niet te vergeten, een omgebouwde voedersilo, 24 meter hoog, een fantastisch 360 graden uitzicht over het Fryske Land en het Wad. Kortom, we komen hier zeker terug. Nog een tip: vermijd afdracht van een deel van jouw betaalde verblijfskosten aan een anonieme, online boekingssite met hebberige aandeelhouders in Silicon Valley en boek daarom direct via de website van het Lage Noorden. At the weekend we stayed here with a group of eight suburbanites in the beautiful, expertly renovated rooms. It was a real pleasure. The owners Stephan and Sandra are very friendly, very hospitable, open and helpful. A special place has been/is being created here in a very beautiful location. The rooms are in tip-top shape with spacious, good beds, beautiful skylights, pay attention to the catch at the top right, move back a bit, then they can open further. The rain shower is wonderful. If you like old toasters/vintage toasters, you've come to the right place, Stephan has a nice collection. There is much more, by the way, old furniture, consumables, special packaging. Delicious apple pie, cake, a particularly extensive breakfast is also provided. And let's not forget the tower, a converted feed silo, 24 meters high, a fantastic 360 degree view over the Fryske Land and the Wad. In short, we will definitely come back here. Another tip: avoid paying part of your paid accommodation costs to an anonymous, online booking site with greedy shareholders in Silicon Valley and therefore book directly via the website of the Low North.
