★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy atmosphere, very friendly personnel and cooks and excellent vegetarian food. Very tasty, and I believe it's also mostly ayurvedic and organic. To me, this is the best restaurant in Holland! Love the digestive ginger drink you get with the meal, the self-serve buffet style and the variety of dishes they serve.
