β β β β β Bought ice cream there while visiting the beach, unfortunately it was a huge disappointment: the ice creams came half defrosted out of their packaging.
Would not buy ice cream there again

β β β β β We were on holidays in the area and some friends recommended this restaurant. Everything was delicious, really fresh and very well presented. No wonder how busy it was on a rainy day, it was definitely worth the visit. We will certainly come back in the near future.

β β β β β Location is nice but would avoid getting lunch here. The quality of the sandwiches is poor and not very tasty, especially considering the prices.

β β β β β Good comfortable seating on the beach with windshields is provided by the Wantveld beach club. Cost is 15 euros for one person, 10 euros if you arrive later in the day. It also looks like they are open throughout the year for drinks or lunch on the beach. Parking is very easy on the parking Noord in Katwijk, however at a fairly steep cost. Donβt forget to pay, a friend once got a 60 euros parking ticket here.
