★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Landen in het lichaam, thuis komen bij jezelf..." Een heerlijke ervaring, 'mindful' yoga en meditaties van Clare. Voor mij voelt het alsof ik op vakantie ben geweest, na een stiltedag of een uur yoga. Ook helpt het enorm om mijn rug soepel te houden (alles is weer los dan, veel beter dan massage). Verder is er een gastvrije ontvangst in een prachtige omgeving en bij yoga/stiltedagen ed een geweldig lekkere lunch. :)
 "Landing in the body, coming home to yourself ..." A wonderful experience, mindful yoga and meditations by Clare. For me it feels like I have been on vacation, after a quiet day or an hour of yoga. It also helps enormously to keep my back flexible (everything is loose again, much better than massage). Furthermore, there is a hospitable welcome in a beautiful setting and for yoga / silent days, etc. a great tasty lunch. :)
