Wij komen hier graag terug! Nice location, good decor and both the drinks and the food are of good quality (we had the toasted Hawai a coffee and a cappuccino.) We would like to come back here!

They have the tastiest and best-maintained cappuccino from Kerkrade. In addition, various other delicacies and ice cream. Very friendly service.
G	Guus Dorfel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaterdag 2 oktober om 11:40 uur buiten op het terras 15 minuten gewacht, om een bestelling te plaatsen. Binnen stonden 2 personen achter de toonbank, die ons gezien hebben, maar het schijnbaar niet nodig vonden om een bestelling op te nemen . Uiteindelijk zijn wij na 15 minuten maar opgestaan, en op het terras bij Pimmm's Food & Drinks, gaan zitten. Direct daarna werden wij vriendelijk begroet en werd onze bestelling opgenomen. Saturday 2 October at 11:40 am waited 15 minutes outside on the terrace, to place an order. Inside, 2 people stood behind the counter, who saw us, but apparently didn't think it was necessary to take an order. Finally after 15 minutes we got up and sat down on the terrace at Pimmm's Food & Drinks. Immediately afterwards we were greeted warmly and our order was taken.
K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer teleurstellend. Na dik 10 minuten te hebben gewacht, kwam er zuchtend iemand ons helpen. Voor de smaken ijs, moesten we maar voren gaan kijken want dat ging ze niet allemaal opnoemen. Uiteindelijk de keuze gemaakt, krijgen we de verkeerde smaken ijs, bijna voor onze neus neer gegooid (waar overigens heel veel ijskristallen in zaten) . Aangezien dit niet de 1e keer is dat t personeel zo enorm chagerijnig is, zullen wij hier iig niet meer terug komen. Very disappointing. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, someone came to help us with a sigh. For the flavors of ice cream, we had to look ahead because they weren't going to list them all. Finally made the choice, we get the wrong flavors of ice cream, almost thrown in front of us (which by the way contained a lot of ice crystals). Since this is not the 1st time that the staff is so very grumpy, we will not come back here again.
n	nathalya kelleter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo jammer! Ze hadden het duidelijk druk, wat mooi is na Corona :) Helaas werd er door de 2 personeelsleden flink gezucht en gechagrijnd . Mensen kwamen binnen afrekenen omdat het buiten te lang duurde en de mensen werden simpelweg afgesnauwd. Het toiletpapier was op en toen dit werd gemeld, werd geïrriteerd (bijna aanvallend) gereageerd dat ‘zodra we er tijd voor hebben, het wordt aangevuld.’ Pardon! We komen hier vaker omdat het allemaal lekker is, maar keer op keer komen we weer wat teleurgesteld buiten. Personeel straalt elke keer uit dat ze het zo zwaar hebben - zucht, steun- en praten zelfs geïrriteerd tegen elkaar over klanten achter de rug van de klanten om; ‘ja meneer we kunnen niet sneller dan snel‘ nadat de vriendelijke meneer terug is gelopen naar zijn tafel en dit niet meer kan horen. Vanaf nu komen we denk ik niet meer. Such a pity! They were clearly busy, which is nice after Corona :) Unfortunately, the 2 staff members sighed and groaned. People came to checkout inside because it took too long outside and people were simply snubbed. The toilet paper had run out and when this was reported there was an annoyed (almost attacking) response that 'as soon as we have time for it, it will be replenished.' Excuse me! We come here more often because it is all delicious, but time and again we come out a bit disappointed. Staff radiates every time that they are having such a hard time - sighing, groaning - and even talking irritated to each other about customers behind the customers' backs; 'yes sir we can't go faster than fast' after the friendly gentleman has walked back to his table and can't hear this anymore. I don't think we'll be coming from now on.
