Boles d'olor - Genie Geurlamp - Elipse Mosaic - Zwart. Levertijd volgens bol.com was uiterlijk donderdag 8 juli 2021. Vervolgens krijg ik een track and trace code (postnl) waar in stond; levering vindt plaats op vrijdag 9 juli 2021, kort daarna levering vindt plaats op zaterdag 10 juli 2021 tussen 11:00 en 13:30. Vervolgens werd de levertijd tóch weer aangepast naar vrijdag 9 juli 2021. Artikel komt binnen, is het een mat witte kleur die ik niet heb besteld. Ik kijk bij het zwarte artikel op bol.com en die is OPEENS niet meer leverbaar. Heel zielig dit. I.p.v. excuses aan te bieden omdat er blijkbaar een artikel op voorraad stond bij bol.com die er tóch niet meer was, een ander artikel opsturen in de hoop dat de klant er niks van zegt/merkt? Erg leuk als je dit voor iemand zijn verjaardag koopt en hals over kop nog iets anders moet gaan kopen.
Ik koop nooit meer iets bij jullie.

Boles d'olor - Genie Fragrance Lamp - Elipse Mosaic - Black. Delivery time according to bol.com was no later than Thursday 8 July 2021. Then I receive a track and trace code (postnl) which stated; delivery will take place on Friday 9 July 2021, shortly thereafter delivery will take place on Saturday 10 July 2021 between 11:00 and 13:30. Subsequently, the delivery time was again adjusted to Friday, July 9, 2021. Item arrives, it is a matte white color that I did not order. I look at the black article on bol.com and it is SUDDENLY no longer available. This is very pathetic. instead of apologize because there was apparently an item in stock at bol.com that was no longer there, send another item in the hope that the customer does not say or notice anything? Very nice if you buy this for someone's birthday and have to buy something else in a hurry.
I will never buy anything from you again.
