★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens het maken van een afspraak word je onderbroken in je verhaal en krijg je te horen dat je niet voor meer dan 2 klachten tegelijk op bezoek mag komen waarop de assistente je verplicht een keuze te maken (dus van de 3e klacht maar gewoon last blijven hebben?), de druppel die de emmer voor mij deed overlopen!
 While making an appointment you will be interrupted in your story and you will be told that you are not allowed to visit more than 2 complaints at the same time, on which the assistant obliges you to make a choice (so the 3rd complaint but continue to suffer ?), the straw that broke the bucket for me!
