I expect those working in sales and service in such a specific store to actually have a feeling for mechanics and cars specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the store and before we were able to get in they send us away because their system was down. I told the smaller curled lady we only came for information. She told us we could not enter because the information/paying system was down.
I said the products we have a question about are right in front of us. I could see the items through the window. But then she still send us away and all we needed was information at that point which could potentially lead to a big purchase later.
From the back were a bunch of clueless colleagues staring at the conversation we were having. Zero customer friendliness. Never buying anything there again.
