P	Peter Oudenhoven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De notaris is ringvoorzitter KNB Midden-Nederland een meent een opdracht te kunnen weigeren omdat hij stelt dat een vertrouwensbasis ontbreekt. Hij voorkomt daarmee uitleg te geven over slechts één artikel van verenigingsstatuten die door hem zijn vastgelegd in een notariële akte. Het bestuur van de belangenvereniging van huurders legt het artikel bewust verkeerd uit en schendt de Wet. De notaris heeft dit door een niet-juridisch correcte formulering van "automatisch lid zijn" mogelijk gemaakt. Het bestuur heeft geen inschrijvingsregister van leden en niemand is persoonlijk lid. Het is gewoon een schande! Ik zal binnenkort een klaagschrift indienen bij de Kamer voor het notariaat om duidelijkheid te krijgen of de notaris zijn openbaar ambt uitvoert zoals het behoort. Bij aankoop nieuw huis worden fouten uiteindelijk verbeterd maar bij de verkoop van je oude huis een week of wat later, loop je weer tegen dezelfde fouten aan. Terwijl alle gegevens al jaren eerder door deze notarissen zelf zijn opgesteld. Wil je de fouten in de concept aktes officieel verbeterd hebben, dan moet je daar weer voor betalen. Het heet toch niet voor niets concept akte? Je moet overal achteraan bellen. Vaak wordt er pas na dagen teruggebeld of helemaal niet. Geen aanrader! Very dissatisfied. M	Menno de Waal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een goede ervaring bij de aankoop van ons huis wilden we terug naar deze notaris voor een testament om de zorg voor onze kinderen te regelen na plotseling overlijden. Bij het eerste gesprek werd een kosten indicatie gegeven van ongeveer 850 euro, dit werd 1350 euro. Helaas bleek de kandidaat notaris niet goed (totaal niet) op de hoogte van de regeling betreft de voogdij van kinderen na overlijden van de ouders en heeft ze behoorlijk wat uren besteed aan onderzoek, zonder dat we bijzondere dingen hebben gevraagd. Als we van tevoren hadden geweten dat deze notaris zo weinig kennis in huis had, dan hadden we zeker voor een professionelere partij gekozen. Bij het passeren van de akte is 30 minuten in rekening gebracht, hiervan is 20 minuten besteed aan socialtalk. Deze feiten doen ons ook twijfelen aan de rest van de urendeclaratie. Ook na dit te hebben aangegeven, wilden ze geen "korting" geven. Ons zien ze niet meer terug, wij leggen een klacht neer bij de KNB of de Geschillencommissie. Denk goed na voordat u kiest voor dit notariskantoor.
