★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaan erg slecht met de klant om. Werken hun hekken nauwelijks tot niet af waardoor de veiligheid van de klant niet meer voorop staat. Na 4 weken en meerdere e-mails eindelijk een reactie waaruit blijkt dat ze geen aandacht aan klachten besteden. Erg jammer.
Treat the customer very badly. Their fences hardly or not at all, so that the safety of the customer is no longer a priority. After 4 weeks and several e-mails finally a response showing that they do not pay attention to complaints. Pity.

Na gemaild te hebben naar de service afdeling werden we binnen een half uur teruggebeld door een monteur met kennis van zaken. Telefonisch is het probleem kosteloos verholpen... Super!
After experience with another fencing supplier, switched to Hexta.
After emailing the service department, we were called back within half an hour by an expert technician. The problem was solved free of charge by telephone ... Great!
