Gelukkig heb ik Hien Beauty gevonden. Ik had een slechte ervaring met een andere beauty salon die mijn wimpers heeft verpest. Hien heeft mij met zorg geholpen. Zij is nu mijn vast adres voor beauty zorg.

Professionele pedicure waarbij de verzorging en gezondheid van de voeten voorop staan. Hien geeft tips en door haar vakkundigheid kan ze alle vragen beantwoorden en legt zij dingen uit. Mooie gellak erbij, wat de pedicure helemaal af maakt en met zachte voeten de deur uit. Na gebruik desinfecteert zij gelijk al het gereedschap/materiaal. Aanrader!

Hien is een super lieve oprechte vrouw, die het leveren van kwaliteit belangrijk vind. Ze is gespecialiseerd in haar kunde en weet waar ze het over heeft. Hien is open en eerlijk, voor advies gaat het om het verhelpen van je probleem en daar zijn er maar weinig van! Ik ben fan van Hien en raad het een ieder aan om voor welke beauty behandeling bij Hien Beauty te gaan. Wel verdiende 5 stars!

Een tweedaagse privé-cursus basis nagelstyling gedaan. Veel geleerd, heel goed om dit als basis te hebben. De kunst is dan om veel te oefenen. Hien is een hele fijne vrouw, prettig in de omgang en legt goed uit waar je op moet letten. Ze doet het je voor en staat open voor alle vragen. Kortom: twee heerlijke dagen gehad en ik ben weer een stapje verder gekomen?! Dankjewel Hien??

Last Saturday I got brow lift treatment, it was really good. Hien gave honest advise and listened to what I wanted. She took time to have a top result. I was very happy so the next day I came back for facial and massage. It was also good and relaxing. Hygiene is her priority too. See you next time Hien!

I went for a BIAB treatment and paid a good amount of money for a manicure and the BIAB treatment itself. The owner was quite pleased to find out that I have a big following on Instagram and hoped for free advertisement, which I was happy to provide. Unfortunately, my nails were very uneven. In fairness, I had very damaged and thin nails after acrylic from another salon, however, I was very surprised to see how bumby my nails were after the BIAB treatment. At first, I thought it's normal, later I learned from other nail technicians that it was not. I contacted Hien to have another appointment to have them fixed. She was happy to provide. Here is where things went south. She apparently thought she would only file them off and had only booked 30 min and was in an rush because another customer was on the way. While filing she broke 2 for my natural nails and was surprised to see that the nails started lifting after less than 10 days. She was very rough. When I told her, she communicated she would fix them she started yelling at me and pulling my hands quite violently. I refused to continue the treatment and left the salon quite stunned by her behavior. I have the following to actually get her a bad reputation but opted otherwise. However, I can't let this go without writing a review. I told her I expected an apology which she never provided. I understand bad days, but this was beyond the imaginable treatment a customer deserves. If you choose to go here, make sure to communicate clearly that you want your nails to be even and better opt for something else but BIAB. Last but not least, she paid me the BIAB treatment back. The bitter feeling still remained. I simply didn't expect to be yelled at like that simply for stating that this wasn't what we agreed on.

Bad experience. A friend of mine who now works for me has done a course at Hien “Academy”. A private course of 2 days with a starter tool package of almost €950. Result was disappointed. Back at our salon she couldn't do much and I sent her to another trainer who is much more successful. “Academy” looks nice on her site, but it's more of a course with lunch and lots of chat. Not an Academy worthy name in my opinion. Price/quality ratio is not good. Too expensive! In this area you will find much better trainers for nail and beauty courses. I'm disappointed.
