★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maartje heeft als yoga instructrice echt aandacht voor wat in het hier en nu is. Ze stemt af op de behoefte van de cursist. Niets gaat geforceerd, als cursist ben je vrij om je eigen yoga-grenzen te ontdekken en juist te genieten van deze ontdekking wat je lichaam al kan!
Zelf heb ik zowel de hatha yoga als minfulness yoga gedaan. Beiden een aanrader.
De lessen bij Maartje zie ik als bewuste momenten voor mezelf waar lichaam en geest worden verkend.
 As a yoga instructor, Maartje really pays attention to what is in the here and now. She attunes to the needs of the student. Nothing is forced, as a student you are free to discover your own yoga limits and enjoy this discovery that your body can already do!
I myself have done both hatha yoga and minfulness yoga. Both highly recommended.
I see the lessons with Maartje as conscious moments for myself where body and mind are explored.
