★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy experience, prices are good but that comes with a price. When they can't deliver the ordered goods they will send you something completely different and hope you stay silent and accept. Aftersales are arrogant and absolutely not pro-active in solving issues. NO PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN CALL! Paid with Paypal and that's why I've gotten my money back fast, but only after I've told them I would start a dispute. When things get complicated they will call you and make promises they won't keep, so ask to get these promises in black & white in your emailbox. Still have their wrongly sent cartridge and still waiting for them to get it returned to their shop! How? They told me they would sent a courier to pick it up.............. But now they want me to use their customer return policy website to return the cartridge. A good webshop does not need a customer return policy website!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an Ortofon Blue needle replacement here. Already had a Red so I didn't need an element. Placed order on Thursday, order arrived the next day, with enough bubble wrap to begin my own wrapping company, so sent very well secured.
The Blue I got was (one of) the cheapest on the Dutch market as far as I can tell. Nothing but good words for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the first unit received, after explaining the issue, I was able to create a free return label. After returning the unit, I received another one which is working perfectly fine. Always very friendly and quick responses during the process.

It arrived and it was the wrong product.
I emailed back and heard nothing for 5 days. After I posted this review they then got in touch with me - apparently they didn't receive the latest replies to the email chain from earlier that week. If that is the case, I would recommend also having a phone number people can contact, as apparently email is not a very reliable communication method if you don't receive emails from trusted senders (i.e. people you have in your address book from having an email chain). It makes me wonder what other emails you must be losing.
They then referred me to their website to return the product. Surprisingly, one of the 5 reasons for returning an item is that it is the wrong product, I wouldn't have expected that to be part of the automated return process. Nevertheless it stated I am expected to pay for return postage for returning the wrong product, so I contacted them again and they sent me a new return label.
I am now about to send it back and will be awaiting a refund.
