De course is aangelegd in het bestaande verkavelde landschap van Hoogland. De houtwallen en vrijstaande bomen zijn in tact gehouden en ook ‘De Malewetering’ maakt onderdeel uit van het natuurschoon op de baan. Deze wetering steekt u twee maal over tijdens het lopen van een 9-holes ronde.

De rough wordt verschraald met zand, zodat er een open rough ontstaat met roodzwenkgras en heide. Hierdoor is de baan absoluut geen (saaie) vlakke polderbaan met een rough waar elke geslagen bal moeilijk terug te vinden is. Dit natuurgevoel wordt versterkt door de fraai gemoduleerde fairways met mooie greens. Daarnaast is de baan goed gedraineerd en voorzien van Catch Basins. Deze Catch Basins zullen (regen)water snel afvoeren, zodat er een ‘droge baan’ ontstaat. Hierdoor kunt u het gehele jaar spelen!
