Mangelhafte Qualität und katastrophaler Service! Ich habe einen Artikel reklamiert, musste diesen fotografieren und dann noch zurück senden. Die Rückerstattung wurde vor über 4 Monaten bewilligt. Seitdem warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung trotz mehrerer Mails und Telefonate und Entschuldigungen und versprechen des Tommy Hilfiger Teams. Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten müssen um meine Rückerstattung zu erhalten.! Also besser Hände weg von der Marke und dem Shop von Tommy Hilfiger !
 I really should have given zero stars, but unfortunately the rating system doesn't allow that.
Poor quality and terrible service! I complained about an item, had to take a picture of it and then send it back. The refund was approved more than 4 months ago. Since then I've been waiting for my refund despite multiple emails and phone calls and apologies and promises from the Tommy Hilfiger team. I will need to hire a lawyer to get my refund.! So better keep your hands off the Tommy Hilfiger brand and shop!
