★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked contracting in many countries. Hilfort is by far the best payroll company I've dealt with. Their team is friendly, highly professional and expeditious. If I ever go back to The Netherlands I wouldn't think twice to hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having dealt with agencies/payroll companies around the world, I'm very wary of them. Hilfort the most part seemed to be, fairly decent, the usual double handling forms etc. but pay was sorted and fairly simple to process. The problem then arose 1 month after resigning they mentioned an over payment due to not knowing about holidays taken, despite me completing all the documentation, having it approved, and submitting it on-time and as per the process. Yet again, another agency/payroll company who cannot mange the basics!!!!!
In response, I'm no longer with the company and access to email is not possible! Furthermore, I provided the only leave request I made back on August 21, December break was company allotted holiday that we had to take, no request required. You have contact with the company, they are your client, why have YOU not followed this up proactively, rather than reactively now. As for accepting the payment, if I had control of the bank that would possibly be an option, and the fact I got my payslips after the payments as well does not help. Again, basics, not done well! And now you've royally p****d me off, I belive your mistake, is your problem, goodbye.
