na beloftes van hilti kunnen ze nog niet nakomen wat ze beloven.. vervolgens komen ze praten.. weer afspraken gemaakt.. weer niet na kunnen komen
weer geld afgeschreven.. weer niks bereikt
11.04.2021vervolgens is de factuur hersteld
maar het te veel betaalde geld van de dubbele factuur zienik nergens. ze schrijven gewoon weer maximaal eraf ik geloof dat het nog niet is opgelost
nog steeds niet het product van hilti teruggeboekt gekregen die ik niet in ontvangst heb genomen half januari + dubbele kosten die HILTI de klant heeft laten afrekenen door SEPA
op de eerstvolgende factuur zou het aangepast zijn blijkbaar hebben ze daar 3 maanden voor nodig of langer. volledige bedrag teruggestort

dubbelen produkten factureren. aangegeven dat meerdere malen lopen bellen en het nog niet snappen.. na weken contact erover gehad te hebben.. zelfde verhaal krijg ik te horen.we gaan er naar kijken u wordt terug gebeld en doorgaan met meer factureren dan besteld is.. ik ben zwaar ontevreden omdat niks vloeit. behalve incasseren waar ik ze voor heb gemachtigd. incasseren ze meer dan afgesproken is.
na 4 maanden verwacht ik wel andere service
na de 4de man gesproken te hebben beloofde hij zelfde als ze collega's en ze gaan der weer achteraan.
ik krijg een factuur met dubbele produkten terwijl ik er maar 1 van heb. onbegrijpelijk.

after promises from hilti they still cannot keep what they promise .. then they come to talk .. made agreements again .. again not able to keep
money written off again .. again nothing achieved
11.04.2021 then the invoice has been restored
but the overpaid money from the double bill is nowhere to be seen. they just write off again to the maximum I believe it is not resolved yet
still not refunded the product from hilti that I did not receive in mid-January + double costs that HILTI charged the customer to SEPA
it would have been adjusted on the next invoice, apparently they need 3 months or longer. full amount refunded

invoice duplicate products. indicated that calling several times and not getting it yet .. after weeks of contact about it .. same story I get to hear.we will look at it you will be called back and continue to invoice more than ordered .. very dissatisfied because nothing flows. except collect what I have authorized them for. they collect more than agreed.
after 4 months I do expect a different service
after talking to the 4th man he promised the same as their colleagues and they go back to the back.
I get an invoice with duplicate products while I only have 1 of them. incomprehensible.
