X	Xander Bruijniks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze ochtend speciaal voor hip mode naar Gouda afgereisd. Via sociaal media was mijn vriendin in aanmerking gekomen met jullie en zal en moest naar Gouda. Vroeg uit de veren en afgereisd naar Gouda daar stonden wij 10 voor 12 voor de outlet. Een aantal minuten na 12 kwamen er twee dames met heerlijke koffie aan. Dit was belangrijker dan de winkel open. We werden stil genegeerd verder. Bord werdt buiten gezet en we bleven kijken/wachten op een teken dat we naar binnen mochten er gebeurde niks. De dames gingen 10 over 12 beide buiten roken. We zijn weg gelopen. De andere winkel was open maar niet heel uitnodigend. Kwaliteit van de kleding was niet denderend. This morning I traveled to Gouda especially for hip fashion. Via social media my girlfriend was eligible with you and will and had to go to Gouda. We got up early and traveled to Gouda there we were 10 for 12 in front of the outlet. A few minutes after 12 two ladies with delicious coffee arrived. This was more important than opening the store. We were silently ignored further. The plate was put outside and we kept looking / waiting for a sign that we were allowed inside, nothing happened. The ladies started smoking outside 10 out of 12. We ran away. The other store was open but not very inviting. The quality of the clothing was not great.
L	Lisanne den Braber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let op dat als je er vanuit gaat dat je je leuke kleding die je besteld allemaal binnen krijgt dit niet altijd het geval is... als het toch ineens uitverkocht is krijg je het bedrag terug op je rekening van het kleding stuk maar de verzendkosten mag je wel betalen! P	Petra Jongerius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde net winkelen en mocht zonder mondkapje niet naar binnen. Ik gaf aan dat ik een medische verklaring bij mij had maar deze wilde ze niet zien. Haar angst was Boa's die langs konden komen. Klantvriendelijkheid is ver gezakt uit angst Just wanted to shop and was not allowed to enter without a mask. I indicated that I had a medical certificate with me but she did not want to see it. Her fear was Boas coming by. Customer friendliness has fallen out of fear

En ik weet dat dit niet het probleem van Hip mode is maar zij hebben er toch alles aangedaan om mijn pakketje te vinden. Super bedankt voor deze service. Ik ben erg blij met mijn kleding! My package was lost at PostNL. And I know that this is not the problem of Hip fashion, but they did everything to find my package. Thank you very much for this service. I am very happy with my clothes!

PostNL beweerd dat het bezorgd is en hip mode zegt dat ze er niets aan kunnen doen. PostNL gebeld en verhaal uitgelegd. Die zeggen dat hip mode contact moet opnemen en bezwaar moet indienen zodat er verder kan uitgezocht wat er fout is gegaan. Aangezien hun de leverancier zijn. Maar hip mode doet dat niet want ik moest het zelf gaan uitzoeken met PostNL omdat hun het op de post hebben gedaan en hun dus hun taak hebben voldaan. Erg jammer dat jullie daar niets aan doen om het op te lossen. Het is uiteindelijk jullie’s naam. Erg teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf.... At the beginning of December ordered clothing worth 100 €. You think that will come in. Not so. PostNL claims it is concerned and hip fashion says there is nothing they can do about it. Called PostNL and explained the story. They say that hip fashion should contact and file an objection so that it can further investigate what went wrong. Since their are the supplier. But hip fashion doesn't do that because I had to find it out myself with PostNL because they did it in the mail and so they fulfilled their task. Too bad you don't do anything to fix it. It is ultimately your name. Very disappointed with this company ....
S	Smits S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet echt bijzondere kleding. Een beetje zoals elk ander boetiekje. Niet echt vernieuwend of bijzonder. Not really special clothes. A bit like any other boutique. Not really innovative or special.
P	Priscila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eén van de leukste kledingzaakjes van Gouda! Ze verkopen super leuke kleding, vooral de jurkjes zijn echt top! Daarnaast zijn de dames altijd vriendelijk en lekker spontaan, wat het altijd gezellig maakt. :) One of the nicest clothing stores in Gouda! They sell super nice clothes, especially the dresses are really great! In addition, the ladies are always friendly and spontaneous, which always makes it fun. :)
