★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joyce and her husband are wonderful hosts. Their apartment is absolutely spotless, well equipped, very cosy and stylish.
Everything we needed had been placed at our disposal. We felt very much at home and welcome in the house and were overwhelmed by the beauty, the colours and pieces of art. The location in the heart of historical Utrecht is an ideal starting point for beautiful walking or cycling tours or even for canoeing on the adjoining typical canals (Grachts). Joyce has elaborated exploratory walking tours and is very helpful as to all kinds of recommendations.
We do highly recommend Joyce and her apartment and would like to stay there again. Thank you very much Joyce. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place to stay, so clean, comfortable and welcoming, hosts are so lovely and helpful. Very central but yet peaceful in the evenings. I was disappointed that we had so many plans to go out instead of staying in to relax here. I will definitely be back.

We chose this beautifully appointed historical home as we were permitted to hold a small gathering of friends here in the stunning garden of the owners. We enjoyed our time in this very special home where we were made to feel most welcome. Lots of advice and tips for guest to enjoy Utrecht to the max. Highly recommend this accommodation!
