Vervelend, maar kan altijd gebeuren.
Contact opgenomen met Ed, van Hobo Tools en alles werd zonder problemen en correct geregeld.
Wij kunnen dan ook alleen maar zeggen, Wat een top service van deze firma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele tijd terug een draaibank gekocht. Aan deze was iets stukgegaan binnen de garantie periode. We hebben contact genomen met het bedrijf en mochten het toestel gelijk terugsturen. Verzendkosten werden onmiddellijk terugbetaald, super vriendelijke persoon en super snelle service!

Bought a lathe a long time ago. Something broke down within the warranty period. We contacted the company and were allowed to return the device immediately. Shipping costs were immediately refunded, super friendly person and super fast service!
