Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Fachhändler hier im Kreis hat man sich Zeit für den Kunden genommen und geduldig die gestellten Fragen beantwortet. Auch das Testen der Fahrräder war kein Problem und das waren einige ? Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Macht weiter so! ? We decided on Hochrath because the advice was really great. Compared to another specialist retailer here in the circle, they took their time for the customer and patiently answered the questions asked. Testing the bikes wasn't a problem either and that was quite a few ? We felt completely at ease! Keep it up! ?

Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich Zeit und erklären auch technische Probleme so gut,daß ich als Laie am ende weiß was das problem ist.Vom preis her war die letzte Reparatur günstiger als veranschlagt,obwohl in sachen Service noch einiges mehr gemacht wurde. Also Freundlichkeit,Kompetenz,Preis und Leistung mega. Whether it's small things or major repairs, I've always felt comfortable there. The employees take their time and also explain technical problems so well that I, as a layman, know what the problem is. In terms of price, the last repair was cheaper than estimated, although a lot more was done in terms of service. So friendliness, competence, price and performance mega.

A	A. Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte online einen Termin für eine Fahrradreparatur vereinbart. Zum Glück habe ich nochmal in Borken angerufen. Dort wusste man von nichts,. Dennoch wollte man den Termin in Borken einhalten, schön. Ich stand mit meinem Hollandrad pünktlich vor der Tür und wurde am Schalter zunächst ignoriert. Nach ein paar Minuten nahm man sich Zeit und forderte mich auf, mein Rad in den Laden zu schieben. Nach kurzer Inaugenscheinnahme wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man die zwei gebrochenen Speichen nicht reparieren möchte. Begründung (Zitat) "Dann kommen sie ja jede Woche." Man konnte die gerümpfte Nase des Mitarbeiters nicht übersehen. Offensichtlich war mein Sparta Rad unter der Würde des Hauses. Zu guter Letzt wurde mir noch ein neues Fahrrad für ca 1200 Euro angeboten. Danke, nein! I had made an appointment online for a bike repair. Luckily I called Borken again. Nothing was known there. Nevertheless, they wanted to keep the appointment in Borken, nice. I got to the door on time with my Dutch bike and was initially ignored at the counter. After a few minutes they took their time and asked me to wheel my bike into the shop. After a short inspection, I was told that they didn't want to repair the two broken spokes. Justification (quote) "Then they come every week." You couldn't help but notice the clerk's wrinkled nose. Obviously my Sparta wheel was below the dignity of the house. Last but not least, I was offered a new bike for about 1200 euros. No thanks!

Anschließend wurden alle Möglichkeiten gezogen um mir eine frühere Lieferzeit zu ermöglichen. Ganz lieben Dank, Frau Hochrath und auch an Christian Hochrath für's leihen des coolen Lastenrads! Great service and competent advice! I was offered test rides straight away and rented an owner's cargo bike for a few days. Then all possibilities were considered to allow me an earlier delivery time. Many thanks, Ms. Hochrath and also to Christian Hochrath for lending the cool cargo bike!
