Voor de rest, goed duidelijk afhandeling van zaken, helder uitgelegd en gesproken. Attention as it should be. Office looks a bit cold, like it's temporary. Staff at the reception may be dressed a bit more businesslike. For the rest, clear handling of cases, clearly explained and spoken.

Tijdens het gesprek werden de belangen behartigd van beide partijen. Ik zou Hoekstra & partners notarissen voor een ieder aanraden. Buiten de top service en advies werd er ook een schappelijke prijs berekend voor het uiteindelijke contract. Had a free orientation meeting at Hoekstra & partners notaries regarding cohabitation contract. Had top service and advice. During the conversation, the interests of both parties were represented. I would recommend Hoekstra & partners civil-law notaries to everyone. Besides the top service and advice, a reasonable price was also calculated for the final contract.

Alhoewel de prijzen interessant waren, was het proces bijzonder slecht bevallen: - communicatie is ronduit slecht, zowel tussen werknemers kantoor en tussen klant en kantoor - op emails wordt (bijna) niet gereageerd - personeel is slecht/niet op de hoogte van eerdere afspraken en communicatie - afspraken worden dubbel gepland (je komt aan op het kantoor en hoort dan pas dat de afspraak niet door kan gaan ivm dubbele afspraak) - afspraken worden op het laatste moment afgezegd (dag/avond van tevoren) - bijster weinig advies tijdens gesprek met notaris - aanspreekpunt verandert telkens - documenten worden pas avond voor tekenen gestuurd (terwijl afspraak al tijden bekend is) - deze documenten worden met fouten aangeleverd - op de dag van overdacht werden de verkopers gebeld in plaats van ons om overdrachtsbelasting over te maken, terwijl dit al lang bekend was bij hen en geregeld was Al met al zou ik niemand aanraden om met dit kantoor in zee te gaan. We originally selected this notary based on positive reviews and prices. Although the prices were interesting, the process was particularly disappointing: - communication is downright bad, both between office employees and between customer and office - Emails are (almost) not responded - staff is poor / unaware of previous agreements and communication - appointments are planned twice (you arrive at the office and only hear that the appointment cannot go ahead due to a double appointment) - appointments are canceled at the last minute (day / evening in advance) - very little advice during conversation with notary - point of contact changes every time - documents are only sent the evening before signing (while the appointment has been known for ages) - these documents are supplied with errors - on the day of the transfer, the sellers were called instead of us to transfer the transfer tax, while this had long been known and arranged for them All in all, I would not recommend anyone to work with this office.
J	John Blaauw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proberen zaken te behandelen waarin ze totaal niet geschikt zijn. Denken dat ze een jurist zijn, maar werkelijk waar het is een notaris. Net zoals een slager geen gebak verkoopt omdat het nu eenmaal geen bakker is!!! Amateurisme ten top. Overigens sturen ze de brief ook nog eens uit naam van een andere vestiging om zodoende hun collegas met een probleem op te zadelen. Trying to handle cases where they are totally unsuitable. Think they are a lawyer, but really true it is a solicitor. Just like a butcher does not sell pastries because it is not a baker !!! Amateurism at its best. Incidentally, they also send the letter on behalf of another location in order to saddle their colleagues with a problem.
G	Gijs Aarts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In verband met de positieve reviews via dit kantoor een hypotheekakte laten opmaken. Bij de afgifte van de akte heb je het idee dat het productiewerk is. Binnen een half uurtje sta je weer buiten. Ik ben ontevreden over dit kantoor omdat mijn hypotheekakte verkeerd is opgemaakt. Toen ik dit opmerkte werd er aangegeven dat ze deze altijd ter controle naar de geldverstrekker (bank) sturen en dat zij hem goed hebben gekeurd. Aangezien dat het voor mij extra tijd kost heb ik gevraagd om een compensatie in de vorm van korting op de factuur. Hier ontvang ik de reactie dat ik geen nadelige financiële gevolgen ondervindt. Je zou denken dat een notaris nauwkeurig werkt, mijn ervaring is dat ze dit hier niet doen. Voor mij een reden om niet nogmaals contact op te nemen met deze notaris. When I noticed this, it was stated that they always send it to the lender (bank) for verification and that they have approved it. Since it takes extra time for me, I asked for compensation in the form of a discount on the invoice. Here I receive the response that I am not experiencing any adverse financial consequences. You would think that a notary works accurately, my experience is that they do not do this here. A reason for me not to contact this notary again.
