Mede door de ruime ervaring en netwerk is mijn woning snel verkocht tegen een prima prijs. Ook in de na-zorg wordt er nog goed voor je gezorgd. Recently sold my house through Hoen, super knowledgeable and nice people. They take the time for their own ideas, but they take away as much work as possible. Partly due to the extensive experience and network, my property was sold quickly at an excellent price. You will also be well cared for in aftercare.

Never work with Hoen! - Hoen real estate management = DRAMATIC - Poor to no maintenance in rented properties; - Terribly noisy buildings; - House delivered with a hole in the door, broken front door lock, electricity wires from the wall etc; - Do not keep appointments; - Requests for repairs will not be honored unless you call the contractor yourself ....; - Customer unfriendly.

It has been months that we asked help with several maintenance works to be done (and agreed by them), but nothing has been done yet. I had to call multiple times and everytime the same story "we'll come back to you ASAP". Untrustworthy company. Edit: I have been a client of Hoen makelaars since that's the company that was renting the property I live in now, but I am also a client of Hoen vastgoedbeheer. I think this review is relevant because the two companies are actually one, and each costumer will have to interact with both.

I saw an apartment on Pararius and when I called Hoen to ask few questions before asking for a viewing, the customer service responded immediately and was very helpful. I had a viewing with Aranka Verheij (broker) and Jasper Boer (interim student) and they were both very welcoming. Aranka answered all my questions with patience. I needed to move out from my previous apartment ASAP, so when Aranka told me they would need 5 working days to decide and arrange if the apartment would be offered t me, I kindly asked her to try to process my application ASAP. In 1.5 day I got the apartment! When I met with Aranka and Jasper to get the keys of the apartment, they were again very friendly and welcoming. If you are an expat looking for a flat in Amsterdam, I highly recommend Hoen.
