C	Charlotte de Lucht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doe het niet! Ten eerste kloppen de prijzen op de website niet maar goed we hadden toch een optie op een van de huizen want ja het klonk aantrekkelijk. Na weken wachten op het koopcontract moesten we maar ‘snel even tekenen’, waren de kosten opeens hoger doordat er een nieuwe aannemer was (was allang bekend voordat wij uberhaupt interesse hadden maar goed en ze hadden ‘net’ nieuwe boekjes gedrukt werd verteld), mochten we ook niet eerst naar het ‘woonlab’ wat ons wel beloofd was. En wat blijkt, zitten er allerlei haken en ogen aan het koopcontract waar de makelaar (wat lijkt express) geen woord over zegt. Je zit vast aan een verouderd parkregelement waar ze alles voor je bepalen en waar allemaal extra kosten in worden benoemd die er nog bij komen (en waar de makelaar ook niks over heeft gezegd. Toen we er naar vroegen waren het ‘maar’ servicekosten van een paar honderd euro). Oh en je moet lid worden van een cooperatie met een inleg van 5000 euro (eenmalig maar je betaald ook nog een lidmaatschap) waaraan je zelfs toestemming moet vragen om je huis ooit weer te mogen verkopen. En het mooiste van allemaal: er wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van heipalen terwijl het moerasgrond is, grote kans dat de huizen dus wegzakken. Do not do it! Firstly, the prices on the website are not correct, but we still had an option on one of the houses because yes it sounded attractive. After weeks of waiting for the purchase contract, we had to 'sign quickly', the costs were suddenly higher because there was a new contractor (was known long before we were interested at all, but good and they had 'just' printed new books), we weren't allowed to go to the 'living lab' first, which we were promised. And as it turns out, there are all kinds of hooks and eyes to the purchase contract that the broker (which seems expressly) does not say a word about it. You are stuck with an outdated park regulations where they determine everything for you and where all extra costs are mentioned that are added (and which the broker has also said nothing about. When we asked about it, it was 'only' service costs of a several hundred euros). Oh and you have to become a member of a cooperative with a deposit of 5000 euros (one-off but you also pay a membership) to which you even have to ask permission to ever sell your house again. And best of all: no piles are used while it is marshy soil, so there is a good chance that the houses will sink.
