Bovenstaande opmerking was na de eerste twee informatie opvragingen in de zaak zelf.
Nog in de verkoop fase dus.
Toen echter de koopovereenkomst getekend was, was de medewerking vele malen slechter! Ik treedt hier verder niet in details.

Eerlijkheid. De eerlijkheid is ver te zoeken. Frank H. (Beëdigd en Register Makelaar Taxateur (RMT)) is blijkens schriftelijke stukken oneerlijk. Lief in persoon, totdat hij plots omslaat en hij niet meer lief wil zijn. De waarheid is gewoon zo. Dat is triest, maar de harde waarheid.
To the question: "What do you dislike about this company?" the answer is:
Honesty. Honesty is hard to find. Frank H. (Sworn and Registered Estate Agent Appraiser (RMT)) is dishonest according to written documents. Sweet in person, until he suddenly turns over and he no longer wants to be nice. The truth is just like that. That's sad, but the hard truth.
