★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een stel oplichters dat zonder enige afspraak bemiddelingskosten probeert af te troggelen voor een huurwoning. Naast dat dubbele bemiddelingskosten tegen de wet zijn, hadden ze tóch het lef om een rekening van een paarhonderd euro te sturen. Erg triest om op deze manier mensen proberen op te lichten. Trap hier niet in.
Ze maken zo nu en dan een nieuw profiel aan op Google Mijn Bedrijf, zodat de negatieve recensies verdwijnen. Laat je niet misleiden door de positieve neprecensies.
A bunch of scammers trying to cash out brokerage fees for a rental property without any prior arrangement. In addition to the fact that double brokerage costs are against the law, they still had the guts to send a bill for a few hundred euros. Very sad to try to scam people in this way. Don't fall for this.
They create a new profile on Google My Business every now and then, so that the negative reviews disappear. Don't be fooled by the positive fake reviews.
