★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zaterdagavond hadden we een feestje en daarom de dag ervoor al een taxibusje besteld voor 04:00. Het feestje was afgelopen maar toen we om 04:15 belden om te vragen waar de taxi bleef werd gezegd dat het nog een kwartiertje zou duren. Toen we vervolgens na half 5 weer belden werd gezegd dat het nog eens een kwartier a 20 minuten later zou worden. Geprobeerd te zeggen dat dit niet de afspraak was, kan die vent niet tegen de kritiek en hangt hij gewoon op!?
Nadat we uiteindelijk toch in de taxi zaten negeert de chauffeur onze instructies m.b.t. de route en lijkt hij meerdere keren expres verkeerd te rijden om zo een omweg te nemen. Eenmaal aangekomen blijkt dat hij de meter niet had aangezet en rekent hij doodleuk €40,- voor een stukje van 5km dat in 9 minuten gereden had kunnen worden.
Ik heb me nog nooit zo opgelicht gevoelt bij het nemen van een taxi in Nederland.
Heb je in de buurt van Roermond een taxi nodig, bel dan vooral NIET dit bedrijf!!!
 On Saturday evening we had a party and therefore the day before ordered a taxi van before 4:00 AM. The party was over but when we called at 4:15 to ask where the taxi was, it was said that it would take another fifteen minutes. When we then called again after half past four it was said that it would be another fifteen minutes to 20 minutes later. Tried to say that this was not the deal, that guy can't stand the criticism and he just hangs up !?
After we were finally in the taxi, the driver ignores our instructions regarding the route and he seems to deliberately go wrong several times in order to take a detour. Once arrived, it appears that he had not turned the meter on and he is charging € 40 for a piece of 5km that could have been driven in 9 minutes.
I have never felt so scammed when taking a taxi in the Netherlands.
If you need a taxi near Roermond, do NOT call this company !!!
